SINGAPORE – If you receive an e-mail purportedly from NETS asking for payment for outstanding parking charges, be on the alert.
In a Facebook post on Jan 7 , NETS advised those who receive such e-mails to ignore and delete them immediately.
The electronic payment service provider added that it will never request personal or financial information via e-mail.

😢😡😢 Will the government please set a heavy punishment to all scammers with life imprisonment or death sentence when caught with proofs/evidents to safe guard all our citizens (especially the old folks) asap.. every day hear scammers, scamming innocent people.. sooo very very 😭😭😢 sad..

Now the scammer's would use NETS on parking charges, will not b surprise on others. As PayNow n NETS are always used, onlines are unable for them, so now they use their new method, the Emails. Bank transfer style is not applicable too, so use to the individual style. Name may b written but signature is not seen.

Those found engaging in illicit e-mails scams activities will be dealt with sternly in accordance with the law. Never ever dare to do anything evil no matter how trivial you think it is 😈.
