BBC Breakfast stars Naga Munchetty and Bill Turnbull gave their colleague and friend Louise Minchin a heartfelt send off on her last programme.

Louise, 52, left Breakfast after 20 years and was given a special tribute from co-star Dan Walker towards the end of the show on Wednesday.
