Nazara acquires full ownership of sports media firm
Nazara Technologies has acquired an additional 8.97% stake in Absolute Sports, the parent company of Sportskeeda, for 69.17 crore rupee (US$8 million), making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
The acquisition was announced in an exchange filing on Mar. 19, 2025.
