KUALA LUMPUR: Nestcon Bhd

said its wholly-owned subsidiary Nestcon Builders Sdn Bhd has accepted a RM161mil contract from BU Developments Sdn Bhd for the construction of a 36-storey block of serviced apartments in Bandar Baru Ulu Kelang in Gombak, Selangor.

It said in a stock exchange filing the project shall commence on Nov 2, 2026, and be completed 34 months later on Sept 1, 2029.

The acceptance of the letter of award by Nestcon Builders is expected to contribute positively to the net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing of the company throughout the duration of the works.
