raguvaran naidu.. don't complain fr everything..so young want to complain. ask where is the pharmacy la..why so much questions with the staff after knowing he cannot understand English. unnecessary right?

no lot of Singaporeans r working there too. a company cannot run just with forigners. Malaysians Singaporeans n forigners r working there. why did tis person approach a staff who can't speak English..they r lots of staffs who speaks good English there. n bro u r a Singaporean.. can't u read the board urself n find fr a pharmacy..u want medicine..why ask the staff charcoal medicine instead of asking where is the pharmacy? l myself have went there fr shopping many times. l myself have witness a lot..most of the staffs there r kind n helpful. Tis language problem is everywhere in Singapore. not only mustafa.why NVR complain there all. some people always love to complain about Mustafa only cause the reason is management there only supports the customers . they ignored their own staffs. l myself have witness so much customers being so rude..even as a customer l can't take it. but the staffs there r so calm.must salute them. they r dealing with so much forigners who r from different places n characters. even some of our local people also so rude..I even heard a customer shouting at the staff once..l am a local.so wat . u behaviour is so rude n spoiling our Singapore name n culture infront of others..if u r local wat do u expect them to do? most of them have tis..l am a customer..so wat..everyone knew u r a customer. of course u r not the owner of Mustafa center. really some customers r annoying rude. the staff there r also humans. they don't have proper place to eat. so dame dirty toilets..11hrs working hrs. can we work in such environment. yet they r working. too much work loads, stress. yet some Singaporeans also working there.. everyone have a reason to work. most of them there r well educated.some of us have a mindset uneducated people n forigners r only working there. tat definitely not true. although well educated n working there means they have their reasons. don't underestimate anyone. forigners r different.as a locals we must understand n watch our behaviour towards them. don't let others think Singaporeans r rude. if we respect n give a smile definitely we get a pleasant customer service in return. wat we give only cms back. l am a customer in Mustafa center fr 15 years..till now l am happy with their services there. most 95% of the staffs there r kind. we customers also must learn to some courtesy first.. understand.. don't always complain. some people drop the thing broke it n walk off..not even a sorry..can we do tat in other malls. think before complaing.we don't get anything about complaing about others.. if u r not happy..go to other shop where u fell comfortable n happy. Don't complain..
