Netizens complain about taxi stand infrastructure at NEX as it holds up buses

Singapore — A member of the public spoke up about an infrastructure issue at NEX Shopping Mall which was leading to buses being held up by taxis.
After taking a picture of a bus stop near NEX, he uploaded the picture to a Facebook group named “Complaint Singapore” to point out how the current layout posed a problem to buses that wanted to drive into the bus stop.

Hmmm may be some things need replanting to be better after the initial design. I think most of the things are like that. Redesign is needed for better maintenance and upgrading. Hope that will be done in this case too.

yes fully concurred. the taxi stand needs improvement as moving buses are always held up by long queue of taxis and cars and the funnliness thing is that those security guards wear caps with a chequed stripe that resembles the traffic police but can't control traffic movements properly.

This is not new and the authorities did not do anything and is creating problem to taxi and bus.
