Forgot to say, dont keep harping on something so unimportant, ask yourself if everything that comes out of that mouth of yours is always good and correct? All human make mistakes and it is for you to learn not to repeat the same mistakes, so shut up liao ok. Do better things like contributing a good joke at this stressful times and ways to keep the spirit up for our hospital frontlines. They are the most stressful for 16 hours daily for 3 months non stop and now worst!!! How to help? Persuade all to stay home more

if all very free here, use the time to 劝our family members to stay at home. it is not easy but try your best. my record is 68 hours and i am stepping out of my door for excuse to buy vegetables though i still hve sardines can n onions at home😉 Waoh very not easy, usually come home sleep n go work. now sleep watch drama eat n eat n eat! Die liao from eating too much too often
