still can’t figure out this logic problem ? 1st say sg birth fertile rate very low in Sg then can built so many hdb flats ? 2nd, observe those hdb flats in Zion Road being demolish and u wait, it is going to built many condos there 3rd, the bala said in tv to Dr Chee, false news on sg going for 10million population.. see what Ah Ching said recently 4th, did you & your ah gong, ah ma, ah pa, ah ma, & your children find the “gar-ment” you wear for almost 50years you trusted, become very tight !

I wonder why with every new BTO units launched, the prices just keep rising. The rising prices of the units are making it very unaffordable for our younger generation. Only the rich foreigners comings in will be able to purchase these flats.
