SIBU (April 9): The gravel road in front of Rumah Francis Jingga at Sungai Aup here has been upgraded to a concrete road.

The project has been completed, and the contractor has handed it over to the implementing agency, the Sibu Municipal Council (SMC).

According to Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP) Bawang Assan chairman Cr Kevin Lau Kor Jie, the upgrading was essential as the gravel road had been in poor condition.
