A NEW residential development project has been launched in the heart of Ipoh South, Perak.

The project, BungalowDees Premier, by developer Team Keris Bhd Group (TKB), has an estimated total gross development value (GDV) of RM500mil.

The development comprises 54 units of two-storey, semi-detached homes with a selling price of RM988,800 upwards.
