PETALING JAYA: National shot putter Jonah Chang Rigan has enjoyed a record-breaking year and now has his sights firmly set on the SEA Games in Bangkok in December.

Balancing the demands of elite sport and university life has not been easy for the 22-year-old Universiti Malaya student, but Jonah is thriving under the challenge, both in the throwing circle and in the classroom.
