Number of condo units resold falls by 17.9% in April as prices go up by 1.2%
SINGAPORE – Fewer resale condominium units changed hands in April, while prices inched up by 1.2 per cent, according to flash data released by real-estate portals 99.co and SRX on Tuesday.
An estimated 919 units were resold, a17.9 per cent decrease from the 1,119 units resold in March.
