O & G taxes issue to be settled soon: Abang Johari

SIBU: Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg (pix) said, Sarawak’s demands related to the five per cent export duties of oil and gas extracted from the country’s territorial waters from Petronas would be settled in a few months.
He reiterated that, so far, only Petronas had not yet paid the taxes when Shell and Murphy Oil companies and another sub-contractor company had paid the duties to Sarawak.
