SINGAPORE – Workers’ Party chief Pritam Singh is facing disciplinary proceedings brought by the Law Society of Singapore.
The hearing list on the Singapore Courts website shows that a case management conference – an administrative court hearing held in private – was scheduled to be heard by Assistant Registrar James Low on March 12.
The nature of the case is stated as “disciplinary proceedings for advocates and solicitors of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Singapore”.

That's Double Jeopardy punishment Twice for the same offenses.Law Society supposed to upheld the law.Chairman of law should be fired from his position.

The other powerful opposition govt r so scared of is written off for practis’g as a lawyer without licence renewal,Mr.lim tean.Then now our many doctor n dentist r also practis’g without updated license.Why this happen?Will all these professional b penalised the same way/opposition will get a heavier fix?Did they harm client/s cos some times there r valid reason behind each case?Life is so hard pl help all to cope/not throw stones on our scare brightest brain/life saviour n true hero.Cherish all

And X Former House Speaker for SG Parliament who had an affair with another member of the House.why does the Law don't seek punishment for this x member ,and So was LHL who knew the on going affair for three years while he was the SG Prime minister why the SG Law Society does not go after the x minister or LHL for failing his honesty as a SG Prime minister.Is there a Double Standard by the SG Law Society.
