KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 7 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has extended his warmest congratulations to the Sultan of Perak, Sultan Nazrin Shah, on the occasion of the ruler’s 69th birthday today.

“May Allah SWT bless His Royal Highness, the Raja Permaisuri and the entire royal family with good health, continued grace and divine guidance,” Anwar said in a Facebook post.
