Now that Pamela Anderson and Liam Neesom have gone red carpet official with their romance, insiders have been working hard behind the scenes to figure out their timeline — and it looks like the dynamic duo did a great job of hiding the early days of their relationship.

Anderson and Neeson began filming The Naked Gun in May 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia, where the noticeable “sparks” began, according to the Daily Mail. While the exact timing is unknown, the relationship between the 58-year-old actress and the 73-year-old actor has been blossoming “for a while.” And they are comfortable enough with each other that he knows her sons, Dylan, 27, and Brandon, 29, from her marriage to Tommy Lee, and spends time with her beloved pups. Yep, they’ve reportedly been staying under the radar at her home in Canada. 

“Pam cooks and gardens at home… It’s wholesome and appealing and very un-Hollywood and Liam loves that,” a source revealed to the UK media outlet. “He actually gets involved.” 

Anderson moved back to her childhood home on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. While the safe haven became a reset for her, it also became the start of her renaissance. 

“A few years back, I kind of gave up at some point and needed a change,” Anderson explained to Better Homes & Gardens in August 2024. “I thought, ‘Well, I guess that’s just what people think of me. I was not in a good space when I moved back to Canada.”

“I don’t know what happened over the last few decades, but I feel now so far removed from the image of who I was,” she added. “I felt very sad and lonely. I didn’t feel just misunderstood, I felt like I had really screwed up, that my whole life was a bundle of mistakes. I was hard on myself, and I thought I put my family through a lot and put my kids through so much.”

Her self-exile created the next stage of her career with a memoir, Love, Pamela, a Netflix documentary, Pamela, a love story, and her comeback film, The Last Showgirl. The Hulu series Pam & Tommy, about her relationship with her ex-husband and the stolen sex tape, triggered years of public scrutiny. 

As she saidin the documentary, “I blocked that stolen tape out of my life in order to survive. Now that it’s all coming up again, I feel sick. I want to take control of the narrative for the first time.” And that’s exactly what she did. 

With good reviews for The Naked Gun and her sweet romance with Neeson, Anderson might be living her best life right now.
