Paris Hilton is a hotel heiress, and now, her new home in Beverly Hills is giving off “luxury resort experience” vibes.

The 44-year-old socialite and her husband, Carter Reum, paid $63 million for an estate that has an A-list history, according to The Wall Street Journal. Hilton bought the six-acre property that was formerly owned by Mark Wahlberg and his wife, Rhea Durham. Wahlberg, who relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2022, sold it to a private company in 2023 for $55 million. Now, Hilton is ready to put down roots at a place with “amenities worthy of a theme park.”

Her children, son Phoenix, 2, and daughter London, 1, will be able to enjoy a skate park, a five-hole golf course with a driving range, a pool fit for a five-star hotel with waterslides, and a sports court. If those amenities don’t interest Hilton’s family, there is always the gym, home theater, library, and wine and cigar cellar to entertain them.

The 30,500-square-foot residence boasts 12 bedrooms and was custom-built by the action star in 2014 to accommodate the needs of his four children, Ella, 21, Michael, 19, Brendan, 16, and Grace, 15. Wahlberg explained in an interview with The Talk in 2022 why he uprooted his family from California to Nevada.

“I want to be able to work from home. I moved to California many years ago to pursue acting, and I only made a couple of movies in the entire time that I was there,” he explained. “So, to be able to give my kids a better life and follow and pursue their dreams, whether it be my daughter as an equestrian, my son as a basketball player, my youngest son as a golfer, you know this made a lot more sense for us to go and hopefully build a studio… So, we came here to just kind of give ourselves a new look, a fresh start for the kids, and there’s lots of opportunity here, so I’m really excited about the future.”

Hilton’s home purchase comes on the heels of the loss of her $8.4 million Malibu home in the devastating Palisades Fire in January. She shared the news with her Instagram fans while the natural disaster was going on.

“Heartbroken beyond words,” Hilton wrotewhile sharing footage from ABC7 of her former beach home. “Sitting with my family, watching the news, and seeing our home in Malibu burn to the ground on live TV is something no one should ever have to experience. This home was where we built so many precious memories. It’s where Phoenix took his first steps and where we dreamed of building a lifetime of memories with London.”

For Hilton, it’s a new chapter for her young family.
