Paris Hilton spent Valentine's Day as a newly-engaged woman. Hilton and her venture capitalist fiancé Carter Reum announced in Vogue that they got engaged on Feb. 13. Reum popped the question while they were vacationing on a private island (yes, despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and general recommendation in Los Angeles and most of the U.S. that people stay home and avoid non-essential travel).
