Passenger Arriving From KL Arrested at Indian Airport with Cannabis Worth RM2.64 Million in Luggage

A passenger arriving at the Tiruchirappalli International Airport in Tamil Nadu, India, from Kuala Lumpur was arrested by local authorities on Sunday (23 March) after 5.155kg of hydroponic cannabis was found concealed in their luggage.

Taking to its official Twitter account, the Tiruchirappalli Customs (Preventive) Commissionerate revealed that the 5.155kg of cannabis is valued at approximately INR51 million or RM2.64 million.
