Throughout 2025, Paul Bettany and Jennifer Connelly have kept things quite private, including rarely posting to Instagram. And since this is the internet, many thought there was trouble in paradise. However, the pair, oh-so-subtly, but surely shut down all speculation about a divorce with a super-rare outing.

In case you missed it, in photos obtained by DailyMail, we can see the lovebirdswere out and about having a romantic dinner at celeb hotspot Via Carota in New York City. (Yes, this place is one of Taylor Swift’s favorite Italian restaurants, so that’s probably where you’ve heard of it!)

During the outing on Aug 26, fans saw they couldn’t keep their hands off each other, cuddling while waiting and with Bettany even giving Connelly a kiss!

Seriously, divorce rumors, who? They seem more in love than ever!

For those who originally met on the set of A Beautiful Mind. After catching up at the 2002 BAFTA Awards, they started going out, and it didn’t take long for them to fall for one another. Soon after getting together, Connelly said one moment made her fall for him, telling the same outlet: “He started playing guitar and it was all over.” And then, soon after that, they moved in together almost immediately and married the following year in 2003.

They later welcomed two children together named Stellan, born in 2003, and Agnes, born in 2011, along with Connelly’s son named Kai Dugan, born in 1997, whom she shared with her ex David Dugan.

In a rare interview with Town & Country, Connelly talked about the one aspect that makes their marriage work so well after over 20 years together. “I’m not the most gregarious person in the room, for sure. I think by coupling with Paul, that kind of works,” she said. “I’m more reserved. I can be kind of shy in a group. I mean, I manage it pretty well, but he’s much more outgoing than I am. Once I’m comfortable with someone, I’m not reserved.”
