Exaforce, an AI cybersecurity startup, has raised a US$125 million series B at a US$725 million valuation as companies spend more on tools to detect and respond to cyberattacks.
The round included HarbourVest, Peak XV, Mayfield, Khosla Ventures, and Seligman Ventures, and came about a year after Exaforce’s US$75 million series A, bringing its total funding to US$200 million.
Exaforce launched its product in the fourth quarter of 2025 after two years of testing.
Since then, it has added 20 customers, including Replit and Guardant Health, while competing with startups such as 7AI, Dropzone AI, and Prophet Security as well as Palo Alto Networks and CrowdStrike.
