THE Penang Stadium and Open Spaces Corporation (PSDKLPP) has been encouraged to explore the creation of more pickleball courts across the state to uncover new talents and introduce a fresh recreational activity within local communities.

Representing Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow at the Penang Chief Minister’s Cup Pickleball Tournament 2025 at Giant Bayan Baru today, his political secretary Lau Eng Kee said the initiative would support the growing interest in pickleball, a sport that has been gaining rapid popularity both locally and internationally.
