Pensioner loses RM1mil to scam
GEORGE TOWN: A government retiree recently lost more than RM1mil to an online investment scam, says the Penang police chief.
Datuk Azizee Ismail said the 67-year-old victim was duped into believing he could make profits of up to 200% and parted with RM1.0024mil.
