Pepper Lunch Restaurants and Express outlets in Singapore are now halal-certified.
Halal Hub confirmed the news on a Facebook post.
Starting from Monday (Feb. 8), Pepper Lunch outlets in Singapore have started displaying the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS) halal certificates and halal logo.

Duhh, why would someone bring non halal food and eat in a halal establishment. You dont buy chicken rice, the halal or non halal version and eat it at McDonald dont you? The incident you mentioned was caused by ignorant individual. Thank goodness majority of the people are wise enough to know.

Based on a previous incident, this bring about s big question- Is only the food halal or both the food n premises halal? If both the food n premises are halal, then would people carrying non-halal food n anything non-halal be expected to be denied entry
