PETALING JAYA: Perlis United will be the 14th team in the Malaysian Super League.

The former M3 club have been given an "extraordinary licence" to compete in the division by the Malaysian Football League (MFL) to replace Kelantan.

The Red Warriors were not given a licence to compete this season due to failure to produce valid documents and settling arrears of their players and staff.
