Earlier this year in January, there were two pop-up Pokémon Cafés in Tampines and Jurong that served drinks and cakes. The menu for these two set-ups in Singapore weren’t as varied as the 2016 Pokémon Pop-Up Café in Bugis Junction, which served many dishes with Pikachu’s smiling face plastered on it, like omurice and pancakes. Well, good news for fans of Pokémon who miss eating Pika grub and happen to be travelling to Japan this December — the Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo retail store will be opening a new F&B concept there called Pikachu Sweets by Pokémon Café.
