Spore is not a huge country and yet with one of the most camera country in the world, why there are people bluntantly break the law right on the center of one the world most expensive, discipline, effluent and law abiding citizens in the world. This purely the failure of the authority in charge of allowing racing enthusiast to race right in the centre of the city, endangering people and creating noise pollution in the early morning when it is the best time to sleep. Luckily the shop has no customer otherwise another tragedy. They should have go to racing track to have their satisfaction justified.
