KUALA LUMPUR: A European tourist has been arrested for assaulting a foreign woman at a cafe here.

Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Noor Dellhan Yahaya said the incident occurred at 1.30pm on Sunday (Nov 26).

"The complainant, a 30-year-old accountant from Jordan, was buying a drink at a cafe along Jalan Cendana when she was approached by a man she didn't know.
