HULU SELANGOR: A police lance corporal has been charged with the murder of Nur Farah Kartini Abdullah in a Magistrate’s Court where, moments before the proceedings began, members of both families present were reminded to control their emotions.

L/Kpl Muhammad Alif Monjani, 26, was brought into the courtroom at 10.15am yesterday to face the charge under Section 302 of the Penal Code. He faces the death penalty, if convicted.
