In a deeply disturbing case, the Ministry of Education (MOE) has taken swift action by suspending a primary school teacher, Kenneth Seah Wei Yuan, following allegations of engaging in obscene activities with at least two underage girls.
34-year-old Kenneth Seah Wei Yuan has been suspended by MOE since early July and is facing 5 charges that include allegedly having intercourse with at least 2 underage girls, aged 14 and 15, at staircase landings, according to The Straits Times.

As said 'The MOE has expressed its commitment to upholding high standards of conduct and discipline ' BUT NOT a speaker of Parliament, which has its stake on whole of the country. What double standard? In fact, in Parliament should hold a HIGHER standard, should it not be?
