In a show of support for inclusivity and social awareness, Primeworks Studios held a special autism-friendly screening at Sunway Putra Mall for the autistic community and their families

The event, held on 3 June at TGC Cinema, was a collaboration between Primeworks Studios and Sunway Putra Mall under the mall's ongoing Autsome (Autism is Awesome) initiative.The goal was to create a safe and welcoming environment for autistic individuals to enjoy local entertainment in a sensory-friendly setting.

More than 100 guests from the autism community showed up to the event. And true to the spirit of Ejen Ali, it was nothing short of a misi penuh aksi!

Besides the free screening of Ejen Ali The Movie 2, complete with popcorn and drinks, families got to enjoy specially curated sensory-friendly activities, all designed with comfort and fun in mind.Attendees were also treated to special appearances by the iconic Ejen Ali and Alicia mascots, and even some familiar faces from TV3 dropped by to say hello.

According to a representative from Primeworks Studios, the collaboration is part of the studio's larger corporate social responsibility efforts aimed at making Malaysian entertainment more accessible and inclusive

This initiative also aligns with Ejen Ali's aspiration to be more than just entertainment — it aims to deliver positive messages and promote inclusivity across all levels of society. It's not just about cool gadgets and spy action; it's about heart, community, and making sure everyone gets to be part of the fun.Meanwhile, Sunway Putra Mall's Autsome programme has been widely recognised for championing autism awareness, hosting activities and campaigns that foster understanding and inclusion for individuals on the spectrum.This special screening marks another step forward in efforts to ensure all Malaysians are given the opportunity to enjoy entertainment in a comfortable and supportive environment.
