Princess Kate is back! On Instagram that is. Today, the Princess of Wales made her first public statement since her abdominal surgery in January and shared a lovely new photo.

The princess’s post comes in celebration of U.K. Mother’s Day, and makes clear that on both this special day and amid her recovery, she is surrounded by lots of love. The snap, which was taken in Windsor earlier this week by Prince William, depicts the Princess of Wales sitting in a chair surrounded by their three children, Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, eight, and Prince Louis, five, all wearing big smiles.
