Priyanka Chopra offered a rare glimpse of her daughter’s “fearless and spontaneous” personality.

In a new Instagram post, the Quantico star shared an adorable photo of Malti Marie, the two-year-old daughter she shares with husband Nick Jonas, playing at a family friend’s birthday party. The snap captures Malti, in a green knit set covered in pom-poms, laughing while lying down in a black-and-white ball pit.

“R u kidding me?! 🥹😍 @maltimarie is such a champ. She surprises me everyday,” Chopra wrote in the caption. “Fearless and spontaneous. Grateful and curious. In this moment she climbed up this slide all by herself and launched herself off on her TUMMY, down the slide landing into the ball pit in a fit of laughter and unbridled joy. I think this will be a picture I will always remember to look at on a day I’m feeling blue. To remind myself of this moment. Do u have any such memories that you just want to pause in time?”

Chopra finished the note, “Thank you Rowe and Grey. Happy birthday. We had the most fun! @morganstewart @jordanmcgraw.”

The actor has been open about how motherhood has affected her since welcoming Malti via surrogacy back in 2022.

“I think when you put them to bed, it’s extremely overwhelming because every single day you worry about what you can do wrong and what mistake you might make. But you have to check yourself, and I check myself with my family,” she told People in October 2023. “I look at [my daughter’s] smile, and I’m like, ‘Okay, okay. I’m doing good so far.’ It’s the greatest thing I’ve ever done, but it’s extremely scary.”
