KOTA KINABALU: The District Education Office (PPD) here has initiated an investigation into the case of a teacher who allegedly stapled a 10-year-old boy’s left ear as a form of punishment in a Likas primary school.

Sabah State Education Department director Dr Misterine Radin confirmed the department had received a report that a teacher had injured a student.
