PRUDENTIAL BSN Takaful Bhd (PruBSN) has launched its protection plan created exclusively for women, PruBSN Anggun, in conjunction with its 15th anniversary.

The PruBSN Anggun plan is specifically created to suit the needs of women at different stages of life.

“The plan comes with first-in-the market feature such as Mom Care rider, which covers fertility treatment and complete plan, providing interesting benefits that include women-specific illness protection, comprehensive mental care, female health and wellbeing, as well as cash rewards to celebrate a woman’s life achievements and milestones,” PruBSN CEO Wan Saifulrizal Wan Ismail told the media during its virtual launch yesterday.

He said women play a crucial role in the development of the nation from the economic and social aspects. However, women constantly face challenges at different stages of their lives in ensuring the wellbeing of their families, and their own health.

PruBSN Anggun was introduced to recognise the need of women for more comprehensive protection.

“The Shariah-compliant plan has an exclusive focus on women’s protection needs, helping them get the most out of life, protects women and supports them throughout major life milestones — whether embarking on their first career or when they are ready to settle down and start a family,” he said.
