Puncak Niaga’s Rozali to step down as executive chairman
KUALA LUMPUR: Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd
executive chairman Tan Sri Rozali Ismail, 69, will relinquish his position and retire as director, effective June 30, 2026.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said Rozali will continue to serve in his present capacity to facilitate a smooth transition.
