KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 16 — After almost nine years of marriage to film director Syamsul Yusof, actress Puteri Sarah today filed for divorce at the Syariah Lower Court here.

Puteri Sarah, 38, whose full name is Puteri Sarah Liyana Megat Kamaruddin, filed the application through the legal firm of Akberdin & Co at the Syariah Court registration counter here.
