Welcome to Reykjavík!
We’re starting our walk at the towering Hallgrímskirkja church and the statue of Leif Erikson, before heading downhill along the famous Rainbow Street.
From the glittering glass of the Harpa Concert Hall on the waterfront, we'll climb Arnarhóll hill to meet the city’s legendary founder.
We’ll then loop around Tjörnin lake and weave through the old town, passing quirky sculptures, local food stalls, and the site of one of the world’s oldest parliaments.
Finally, we’ll return to the bay to take in the mountain views at the Sun Voyager.
Along the way, we'll share local traditions, unusual foods, and what life is really like on this volcanic island.
