RM2 million in drugs, firecrackers, cigarettes seized in Sabah

KOTA KINABALU (April 9): The Royal Malaysian Customs Department (Sabah) has crippled a series of smuggling activities with the seizures of methamphetamine, ketum leaves, firecrackers and contraband cigarettes worth more than RM2 million.
Acting Assistant Director General, Saidin Jalaluddin said the seizures were made following tip-off and continuous surveillance by Customs officers last month.
