KEPALA BATAS: Works on the third phase of the five-star Bertam Resort and Water Park Penang here, infused with the elements of Moorish architecture, will begin next month.

Maritime Waterfront Suites Sdn Bhd managing director Datuk Mohamed Iqbal S. Habeeb Noohu said the works, at a cost of RM7 million, would entail the construction of luxury villas with a wellness concept.
