PAPAR, Nov 29 — A total of 31.3 per cent of the 1.74 million voters in the 17th Sabah state election had turned out to vote as of 11am this morning, said Election Commission (EC) chairman Datuk Seri Ramlan Harun.

He said the figure was slightly lower compared to the 16th Sabah polls in 2020 which recorded about 32 per cent for the same period.
