Randy Travis' legacy will last forever and ever.

Case in point: The country music superstar was honored with a special musical tribute helmed by Carrie Underwood during the Opry 100: A Live Celebration special March 20.

In a rare public appearance, Randy—who was diagnosed with aphasia, a neurological condition that affects the ability to process language, after suffering a near-fatal stroke in 2013—performed the closing note to his 1987 single "Forever and Ever, Amen."
