Back in 2018, Jordan Brand gifted a few of its top sponsored athletes with a limited "Board of Governors" Air Jordan 1 High., but it looks like the theme continued into the following year after a special iteration of the Air Jordan 16 surfaced.

Thanks to a closer look provided by solesupreme, the unreleased "Board of Governors" Jordan 16 seen here is predominately styled in a pine green color scheme that continues onto the quilted shroud including "BOG" found on the heel. Additional details include a bow-tie embroidery on the shroud and on the tongue.
