May not be true, no narrative of N Korean translation in the clip. Western media are always quick to demonised given the opportunity by twisting and tossing from the truth. Some delinquent did make mistakes and abide to their country rules of arrest. Their way their style, just can't measure everyone using the same ruler, especially the American standard.
