The River Valley High School (RVHS) student who was charged with the murder of his schoolmate took his GCE O-Level exams in prison.
A spokesperson from the Singapore Prison Service (SPS) told Mothership that the now 17-year-old sat for his O-Level exams in 2022 while under remand as a private candidate.

The killer’s parents should be punished for not doing their parts should informed the school that their son is sick. Their guilt will never be gone

This is how it's supposed to be. Committee crimes, if can study one inside can still take exams. Not because can study one then give lighter sentence. Must serve justice to victims. Hope they can upgrade themselves inside & do good when release. 🙏🏻
