It's a place that teaches cooking for children. What kind of cooker are used. What fuel? Is the fire caused by an electrical overload??? Or someone forgotten to turn off a cooker? The licence to operate should come with strict protection measures. Such building without sornjlervprotection should not be allowed to conduct reasonably large-scale cooking lessons
