SINGAPORE – Construction worker Shakil Mohammad was at work at River Valley Road on April 8 when he heard screams next door.
Seeing a shophouse on fire and children standing on the ledge on the third floor, he rushed to help them.

it is certainly heartbreaking to have a 10-year-old girl's life be brutally cut short in this horrific manner Hopefully, further investigation into the matter will afford the deceased families some closure for the unspeakable horrific tragedy
