(Reuters) -South Africa lock Franco Mostert has had his red card in Saturday’s 32-14 win over Italy rescinded by an independent disciplinary committee, making him available for the Springboks ahead of their crunch clash with Ireland in Dublin.

Mostert was sent off after 11 minutes for a tackle on Italy flyhalf Paolo Garbisi which the match officials said at the time was illegal.
