S’PORE MAN MADE 6-FIGURES BUT HAS NO CPF CONTRIBUTIONS BECAUSE IT’S ALL FROM INVESTMENTS
Context: I’m Singaporean and I am planning to get married with my foreigner gf, planning to get a resale hdb after marriage within 12months if everything goes well.
I’d need some advices with hdb/bank loan because it’s quite complicated for our situation.
The thing is that, I don’t have any CPF contribution at all for the past years since my income are all coming from investment, never reported them since it’s all capital gains.
She’ll be searching for a job here and I think it’d take sometimes for her to have one so that means no income too for awhile.
Is it even possible to get a bank or hdb loan in our case?
I do have enough money to pay off the entire hdb if needed to but I wouldn’t want to do that because I’d have to sell some of my equities to cash for that.
I have low 6 figures cash for the down payment but would like to get the rest on loan if possible. Any advices are all appreciated! Thanks in advance

definitely u hav to make appointment HDB,then they will advise n teach u how to handle ,just book appointment with them on line,it's so simple, no worries
