leaving work on time reflection yr productivity..saving utility and overtime. staying back on time depends on urgent circumstances eg. meetings or handling complaint issue! so it is better to leave on time or juz a bit later .. there is no place better than home sweet home!

If you feel your boss is unreasonable, you should sack your boss. If you still stay on the job, keep your mouth shut.
